We must be able to control our emotions and not let them overtake us when we are in the moment. The truth is, if we can learn life skills that teach us how to handle our emotions in a mature way we could potentially improve our happiness, relationships, and overall well being.

Learning skills such as breathing, tapping certain points on the body, being mindful, and keeping our “relational circuits” on will help us in our emotional growth.
